Who am I?

Howdy!

My name is Del and I am a fish-loving illustrator living in Milwaukee, WI. I am a student at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, graduating in 2025 with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Natural Sciences and Sustainability. Within my minor, I have studied aquatic ecosystems and ways to conserve and protect them.

I have a great passion for science and conservation and implement both into my work and day-to-day life. I love traditional media and am constantly combining the texture and energy I get from gouache painting, with the streamlined, cleaner work I can get from working digitally. Outside of illustration, I enjoy cooking and developing recipes, researching current events in aquaculture, and playing video games.
